Delete Your Account

How to Delete Your Account

To delete your account and all associated data, please send us an email request.

Request via Email

Send an email to hi@integradatasystems.com with the subject line "Account Deletion Request" and include:

  • Your registered email address
  • The app name (e.g., Jotir)
  • Reason for deletion (optional)

Our team will process your request and confirm the deletion via email.

What Happens When You Delete Your Account

When you delete your account:

  • Personal Information: Your name, email, and profile details will be permanently deleted
  • App Data: All your preferences, saved content, and history will be removed
  • Subscriptions: Active subscriptions will be cancelled (you may need to cancel through your app store)

Data Deletion Timeline

Upon account deletion request:

  • Your account will be deactivated immediately
  • All personal data will be permanently deleted within 30 days
  • Some anonymised data may be retained for analytics purposes
  • Backup systems may retain data for up to 90 days before complete removal

Important Notes

  • Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone
  • You will lose access to any premium features or purchases
  • If you wish to use our apps again, you will need to create a new account
